Scatterballs: Hmong Cat Toys
Handmade for us by a Hmong family in Thailand.
Toss Scatterballs to your cat: they bounce, wobble, and scoot across the floor. (Note: They do not contain catnip.) Watch the video below to see them in action.
They’re so pretty, some people even put them in a bowl as decorations. Each one is different, made from vintage Hmong stars – some embroidered pieces are up to 30 years old. As with all handcrafted and well-loved pieces, expect some imperfections.
Size: 3/4 to 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
We ship them in a pretty organza bag with gift tag, in sets of 3 or 5 Scatterballs (mixed colors and sizes). They make wonderful gifts and, during the holidays, are perfect stocking stuffers. Kittens and playful cats will love these!

My 11 week old kitten absolutely loves these scatter balls. He enjoys chasing them on the floor and the running away with them. The scartterballs are so beautiful I was hesitant about giving to him at first.

The catnip is amazing, the cats go nuts for it. I love how fine it is so that it doesn’t look quite as messy when you put it on a rug, but it still vacuums up easily.
