Cats can be surprising, especially with our 5-Star Catnip. Always supervise cats when they play with a toy. * Do not let them swallow the toy, its parts, or threads * (chewing on it is okay, and is a big part of the fun).
Put toys away when playtime’s done: don’t leave them out unattended. It’s safer this way, and cats enjoy toys more when they’ve been hidden, only to rediscover them as new playthings.

All catnip is not equal. Not even close. This stuff is so potent my cat climbed into the box it was delivered in and played with THAT for half an hour! This stuff puts all other catnip I’ve ever found to shame. I could smell it through the wrapper AND the ziplock bag it was in as soon as I opened the box! Stella typically reacts to the “pet store” grade stuff by being a bit hyper and playful for a few minutes. However, I find that stuff loses its effectiveness within a few weeks at best. I can never detect an aroma myself. She’s a couple pounds overweight and we have to lure her to play sometimes. Catnip is a critical tool for me to get those pounds off of her, so I’m not only happy she loves this stuff so much, I’m grateful she’s responding so well to it and wanting to play more often and for longer periods.
